How Burn Works?
In Burn, you can anticipate a blend of cardio using the Spin bikes, strength training, and functional movements chosen to torch calories and enhance your metabolism. Our program ensures that each participant receives personalized attention. This is not a drill, get ready to Spin, Push, and drop until you literally feel the BURN.
Class structured as follows; 4 mins on the spin bikes right into 4 mins of resistance and core work. Then you get to have a 1 min break and we go straight into the next set. Three sets in total followed by a challenge at the end to deliver the ultimate Burn.
